Rhoda grew up a pastor’s daughter in what was once the little town of Temecula, California. She and her husband Carey met while in college, married, now reside in Arlington, Texas, and have 4 wonderful daughters.
After graduating from college, they spent 2 years as literacy workers with Wycliffe Bible Translators in the jungles of Papua New Guinea and 5 years on full-time staff at their church just north of Long Beach, before moving back to San Diego. In 2010, the Morgans made Texas their new home. Rhoda is a full-time mom, a part-time staff member in the kids’ school, a volunteer ESL teacher, and a speaker.
Both Carey and Rhoda are passionate about helping others discover abundant life in Jesus Christ, building servant-hearted relationships within their community, organizing events that bring different groups of people together, and growing in their own relationships with God.
